DMX, Grand Champ full album zip is a hip hop album by rapper DMX. It was released on November 13, 1998, by Ruff Ryders Entertainment and Def Jam Recordings. The album was certified Platinum in 2000 by the Recording Industry Association of America (RIAA). One of X's most acclaimed albums, it features production from Swizz Beatz, Dame Grease and Timbaland. Allmusic noted that "Grand Champ makes good on all its extravagant promises" while "CMJ New Music Monthly" wrote that the album is "one of DMX's finest achievements." The track titled "We Right Here" features Big Stan along with Jadakiss & Styles P. In the intro, Timbaland gives a quick shout-out to Swizz Beatz & Jadakiss. "X Don't Give a Fuck" is the only song on the album that features production from Rockwilder, who is known for his work with Method Man & Redman. After this song, there is a skit of Goldie Loc playing a prank on DMX and Slick Rick. It was previously featured on the soundtrack to the film "Scream 3". The track titled "April Snow" was also featured in the movie "The Players Club". The track "My Niggaz" is a diss to all the people who doubted DMX.
